Q1. What Made You Decide To Establish Your Own Brand? What Is Meaning Of Brand Name?
ブランド設立のきっかけは何ですか？また、ブランド名の意味を教えてください。

『フランシュリッペ』というブランドで20年以上デザイナーを務めてきました。

本当に気に入ったものを長く大切に使って欲しいという思いから、新しく立ち上げた『yukiemon』では受注生産を中心とした物作りに切り替え、一度もセールを行なっていません。

私の愛称をそのままブランド名にしました。

I have been a designer for the brand ``Franc Lippe'' for over 20 years.

Because we sincerely hope people to cherish the items they really like, the newly launched ``yukiemon'' has switched to manufacturing mainly on made-to-order items and has never held a sale.

I chose my nickname as the brand name.

Q2. Please Describe Your Production Process.
商品はどのような工程を経て出来上がるのでしょうか？

collectionごとに発表している新しいテキスタイルでオリジナルファブリックを作り、自らがデザインしたお洋服に仕立てています。

見た目の可愛さだけではなく、着心地にもこだわり、ミリ単位の修正を何度も繰り返しています。

I create original fabrics using new textiles released for each collection, and create clothes that I, myself have designed.

We pay attention not only to the cute appearance, but also to the comfort, and we repeatedly make adjustments down to the millimeter level.

Q3. What Made You Interested In NY Market?
  　 ニューヨーク市場に興味を持った理由は何ですか？

初の海外イベントを台湾で行ったところ、大きな反響がありました。

より多くの方に『yukiemon』を纏うことを楽しんでいただけたらと、チャレンジしたことのない市場に目を向けるようになりました。

We held our first overseas event in Taiwan and received a great response.

With the hope that more people would enjoy wearing Yukiemon, I started to focus on a market I had never tried before.

Q4.Which One Is Your Favorite Piece? And Why?
イチオシはどの商品ですか？又その理由は？

手がけた全てのアイテム。

自分自身が心から好きと思えるアイテムしか作っていないから。

All the items we have created since we only create items we love front the bottom of our hearts.
