Q1. What Made You Decide To Establish Your Own Brand? What Is Meaning Of Brand Name?
ブランド設立のきっかけは何ですか？また、ブランド名の意味を教えてください。
Four years ago, I came across a certain stone and started collecting stones. I was amazed at how many beautiful and sparkling things there are buried in the earth and I started my brand with the thought. Granz is a coined word from the German word "glanz" (glitter).
4年前に、ある石に出会い、石を集め始めたのがきっかけ。「こんなに綺麗でキラキラしたものが地球に埋まっているのか。このキラキラの地球のカケラでアクセサリーを作りたい!!」と思ったのがブランドの始まり。Granzはドイツ語のglanz ＝キラキラから取ったオリジナルの造語です。
Q2. Please Describe Your Production Process.
商品はどのような工程を経て出来上がるのでしょうか？
The process starts with purchasing stones from around the world and from trusted buyers. Stones with inclusions or cracks tend to be discarded, but I consider them as "the character of the stone" and use them. After deciding on the main stone, I choose stones based on my inspiration and wire them one by one to finish the piece.
世界各国、そして信頼するバイヤーさんから石を仕入れるところから始まります。内包やクラック（ヒビ）が入っている石は捨てられがちですが、私は「石の個性」として捉え使います。まずはメインの石を決め、以後はインスピレーションで石を選び１つ１つワイヤーで巻き繋いで仕上げます。
Q3. What Made You Interested In NY Market?
ニューヨーク市場に興味を持った理由は何ですか？
I decided to participate in this exhibition because I was hoping that many people would be able to see the small world I create in New York, a market that is at the forefront of various fields in the world.
今回出展のお話を頂き、世界の様々な分野での最先端であるNYという市場で、私の作る小さな世界感をたくさんの人に見ていただけたら嬉しいと思い今回の出店を決めました。

All of them. Each piece is an original world of color, completed by selecting individual stones and connecting them with wire. I hope you will find one that resonates with you! The color you are interested in now is surely the color you need now.
