Q1. What Made You Decide To Establish Your Own Brand? What Is Meaning Of Brand Name?
ブランド設立のきっかけは何ですか？また、ブランド名の意味を教えてください。
I always wanted to design jewelry. My father used to commerce with Colombian emeralds. When he retired I wanted to use the leftover gemstones so I started to study wax jewelry and silversmith.
I created my own brand called Onc311. It means eleven eleven, my lucky number, in Spanish (the 3 of Onc3 is an E upside down).
Q2. Please Describe Your Production Process.
商品はどのような工程を経て出来上がるのでしょうか？
I follow different approaches depending on the product, but the process that I feel more comfortable with is the soft wax. First I sketch the product and then make a mold in soft wax. The mold goes to casting and I finish the process with silversmith techniques. Other times, I use hard wax or start directly from silver.

I have followers from around the world and I enjoy watching their reaction when they see my products. New York is one of the most modern, fashionable and cosmopolitan cities in the world so I am very curious to know the impact of my products there.
Q4.Which One Is Your Favorite Piece? And Why?

My favorite pieces are the tiny animal pendant collection. I really like the details on the body, the shapes and the movement. Also the face expressions are one of my brand signatures.
